Below outlines our cancellation and refund policy for single-booking games:
1. Advance Bookings (12 hours or more before the game): If we are unable to provide a goalie(s), you will receive a full refund of the booking fee.
If a goaltender is confirmed to your game to play, and you wish to cancel after the goaltender has been confirmed, then you will not be refunded the booking fee.
2. Standard Bookings (4 to 12 hours before the game): If we are unable to provide a goalie, we provide a refund or credit, equal to the amount paid. The credit can be used again up to 60 days after the credit is given.
If a goaltender is confirmed to your game to play, and you wish to cancel after the goaltender has been confirmed, then you will not be refunded the booking fee.
3. Last-Minute Bookings (Less than 4 hours before the game): Whether we provide a goalie for the game or not, we do not provide a refund due to a late booking. No matter how long before the game we work to provide goalies for every game, no matter how early before game time.
