How can I get a goalie last minute?

The earlier you submit a request for a goalie, the better your chances of receiving interest. We can’t guarantee a goalie will take your game if you request within two hours of the game. When you find out that yo need a goalie for your game, we recommend you book as soon as possible.

What if I need to cancel my goalie request?

If a goaltender has been confirmed to your game and you wish to cancel, you will not be refunded the booking fee. If you cancel within 4-12 hours of the ice time, we provide you a credit for your next booking. If you cancel 4 hour or less before the the ice time, no refund is provided. We have a weekend tournament in a different town, can we get a goalie?

If we operate and supply goalies in that city/location, than we can find you a goalie! Just fill out the form as normal and put the correct details and location for the tournament dates, and we will match you with a goalie.

I submitted my request but put the date wrong, how can I change it?

Reach out to us by email as soon as possible in the case you make a mistake filling out the form, or if you have any changes to the game time/location. We make sure to provide the correct information to the goalie as fast as possible.

How do the fees and payments work?

When you book a goalie, we charge a booking fee of $15-$30 online, and the rest is cash given to the goalie at the game. Further information can be found on the “prices” page.

My goalie didn't show up for my game, what now?

Rarely, to never, do we have a goalie confirm to play a game and not show up. In the case that your goalie does not show up for your game we refund of our website fee, in addition to a credit for your next booking on us. Let us know right away if the goalie is not in attendance of your game.
